Tried to post on products of hive didn't work.
This honey was 400 micron. FIltered, sanitized lids,jars and rings, what's the black spots

Wax bits is my guess. Did you bottle the same day you extracted?

I see air bubbles, and if their are black specs it could be wax particles, propolize, or bee parts.

if you filtered (you said you did) you probably wouldn't have wax bits, propolis or bee parts....... :D
as keith mentioned if you bottled the same day as extraction, this would be air bubbles trapped in the poured honey. and maybe some foam bits from extraction. when it settles out, (rises to the top) should be fine.
