One year while judging honey at the fair, I found a bee in the top of a jar of honey.

of course you don't want this to happen to your product but on occasions does..

not so long ago a customer of mine informed me that they found a bee floating at the top of the honey in one of my jars.  I was very much embarrassed and then the customer informed me that it did not bother them at all in fact it was a good sign that the honey was quite authentic.   Funny ain't it, how attitude is much about how you read something like this....

I have been ashamed when there are dust particles/spots in the bottom of honey jars  :'(

But more often its an impurity in the glass jar  >:(
