I know how the field bees feel now.
Now I've got a lot of catching up to do. :)
Hello from Arkansas.

Welcome to the forum. :welcome: I think you'll like it here.

Thanks Walt,
I guess I didn't get the Memo. Hope it wasn't intentional :D

Hey Yankee11, good to see you found us. Kinda like a homecoming eh? ;)
Intentional? :o Absolutely not!
-
hey glad you found us over here ;D
-
Yea, me too, except I promised wife I would finish up painting inside of house this weekend.
Now I have this catching up to do. Somehow, I don't think she will understand.

Welcome to the forum, glad you found us.

Glad you found us here Yankee11.

We were sending pms to the members when Austin banned some of us and locked the others out of pms. You might want to try to contact some after you see who is already here. I've been told your post asking about Perry has been deleted, so be careful if you don't want to be banned from there.
Glad you found us.
Now get to painting before your wife bans you from here. ;D :D

Just checked and it's still there. 2 folks have responded wondering also. Ray and Mosti.
I sent them a PM with the link. So I'm guessing that will do it for me to?

We understand priorities :D, most of us are married 8)

Welcome Yankee 11 I don't know what hive most all other worker bees are coming from. Just glad I found this friendly hive before I got balled trying to get in the other.
-
Skydiver,
This is hands down the best group of folks out there. Without this group I would not be anywhere near as far along in beekeeping
as I am. So welcome and glad your here.
-
Glad you re-found us Yankee11.
It was kinda lonely without you.
Little by little the hive will re-cluster in entirety.

Not supposed to move the hive during the day..

Great thread title Yankee11 But i think it is more like a swarm. First they settled with an other apiary and while I was out foraging they took flight finding a hive of our own. So I have had to catch up with them a couple of times.

Great sentiment this is one of the friendliest places for beekeeping advice. and incredible support is offered to any that request it.

Hello from Arkansas.
Nah, Garden sprinkler for a half hour over them first. They'll think it's raining and won't come out of the hive, and the ones coming back will stay there. Stuff a folded up gob of window screen in the entrance(and any other hole). Your bottom boards need to be loaded up with copper hive staples so you can pick the whole thing up in one piece with a hand cart.
