1 bottle vodka, 1 bottle every clear.
Smash up gallon or more of elder berrys & add too a sauce pan with a couple cups of water to get the mixture flowing.
Add a couple cups of honey, stirring, smashing with a potato masher until everything is a paste.
IMPORTANT POINT:
Let mash cool to room temp.
SHUT OFF THE STOVE BURNER, then throw in a 50/50 mix of vodka & everclear(you don't want it too strong).
Settle the whole works in a container for a month or so to calm it down.
Strain through a piece of cheescloth(or cotton t-shirt) into a pouring pitcher, and bottle the stuff up.
Serve in whiskey glass when you have the flu.
