Not the best pic but i was posting from my phone and i find most of this technology beyond me.  She's a dark beauty though.  She's the result of one of the colonies that were in a perpetual state of requeening last season.  Its not a strong colony but it did survive several weeks this winter without a telecover as the wind blew tele cover and insulation off. 

I also want to say thank you to all who are and all who have served in the military.  Thank you.  Ted

She is indeed a beauty, Ted. Ever notice the irony of how a beekeeper will truly appreciate a big full behind on a bee, but if we said something like that to our mate she would likely give us the silent treatment.  :)

Yeah boy, Neil.  I can't think of the song title, but the lyrics "fat bottom girls you make the rockin' world go round" ,possibly done by Queen, seems quite appropriate. ;D.  Ted
