6 or 7 years. It bloomed in 2017 for the first time, then skipped 2018. This is the second bloom.

They are blooming in Kansas now too.  Good pictures.

I got a bare-root seedling from @Slowmodem a couple years ago, and it's about chest-high now... Another 5-6 years and I'll be there! LOL!
