Dang!  I have to admit that I frequently stop on the way home from work at Lowe's.  I can pick up some amazing deals in their garden section on plants.  I guess it's not a great deal if I am poisoning my bees.  My question, if anyone should know, how long does the residue from the pesticides remain?

..., how long does the residue from the pesticides remain?

That may be the million dollar question.  Starting to look like it might be much longer than anyone thought - possibly years.
