Boy, if I were retired (1-6 more years) I would be applying for that job. I like the 1 to 2 days part a lot. ;)

Grafting is a great job for a young person with young eyes! ;D
-
Jeez what I wouldnt give for that opportunity. Imagine being able to watch Don and ask questions at the same time.. Alas.. my hands and eyes are BOTH too beat up.
-
That's the job for ME! No I'm not young, and I wear glasses.... Shhhhhh, I'll fake it

well at least my own image of almost any commercial grafting shed would suggest that fatbeeman has eliminated at least half of the most qualified individuals to do this particular task. I cannot remember the last time I saw a man grafting in a commercial queen rearing operation.

thanks guys we all get old and have to make do.

Wow, and i'm actually close enough.
Wish i had the time and wish I could graft a few hundred cells in a day!! :o
If you can't find anyone with skillz will you hire someone with desire? My hubby has the time, has learned how to do it hands-on one time, but isn't really practiced at it. I doubt he could meet your quota.
Good luck! As the others said, what a great opportunity!
love,
