Title: Revolting Weather
Post by: Crofter on February 22, 2014, 08:50:28 am
It got just above freezing yesterday and I shoveled the snow from around my hives and about 18 inches off the top cover so I will be ready to have a peak in when it warms up enough; looks like that will be a ways off though. Here is our 14 day weather synopsis!

It was supposed to be 7 C yesterday but never got over 4 C. No chance of opening our hives for a while...

I have mine gang wrapped, five in one lot and three in the other so I cant heft them. I dont think I will do that again unless pairs of nucs.
