10-4 on the Questions both BEFORE and AFTER the Meeting. Myself a the handful of "Experienced" Beeks are always answering Questions. Sometimes I have so many people talking to me I feel like I'm ignoring people! I've only been at this for 3 years and can only answer so many questions and as you all probably know there are more than one answer to most questions!
If I don't know I send them to the more experienced Beeks...
Also we have a Swarm Call List for Paid Members to get on and I want to bring up the Mentoring List at the next Board meeting...
