this is the recipe i found and have fallen in love with.  If you have to you can sub refrigerated milk for canned evaporated. I like to put all the ingredients into my bread machine and run it on the dough setting. it handels all the proofing kneeding while i am conquering other parts of my crazy world. you can make them on a sunday and have them through out the week.  you can also freeze them in half batches and take out as you need them.  happy cooking!

i use a bread machine to do the same, and have a recipe for whole grain english muffins,  hmm, hmm good!

Thanks.  I think an english muffin with honey is about as good as it gets.  I will have to try these.  Like the rest of you, I too like to use my bread machine for making dough.  It's fail proof and it certainly frees you up to go on with other things.
Allrecipes is great!  Have you tried the recipe for "Clone of a Cinnabon"?  It's pure evil.  YUM!

Let's put it this way.  I took a pan of those evil cinnamon rolls over to my sister's house.  She called later to tell me she hated me.
They are good.
