My daughter is taking an art class and wanted to do something with one of my hives. This is what she came up with. Not bad for a first attempt. This hive is empty right now, you think the girls who eventually live here will like it?

it's not a matter of liking for the bees, that's more for you than them, but what it will do is allowed to bees to bettet imprint on their hive because of its uniqueness. should help lessen drifting.

Very nice, Novice. Beekeeping can be a family hobby. My family likes to paint our hives as well. It is about the only thing beekeeping wise my wife will actually partake in.
