My wife showed that to me a couple days ago...  I'd have had a bear rug and a NASTY pair of pants to clean up!

Remember, you don't have to outrun the bear, you only have to outrun the person with you. ;D

I would not have been able to hold the camera that still!

I have had buck fever before & the whole tree was shaking. I can only imagine how I would be in that situation. Ugh!

I watched a fellow jack all five shells through the action of his 35 remington one afternoon without ever pulling the trigger. The buck (Nice 14 point) ran off.. he looked at me, and then his gun...
   "What happened?"
I had top pick the unfired shells up to show him and make him believe he hadnt fired. We called him ratchet for the longest time after that.

When the bear was on the ground sniffing his scent. It was a great photo time. By the time the bear was up the tree beside him it was already to late to go after his gun. Good thing the bear was just curious.
