PREPPERS SOUTHERN EXPO

 I have been asked to do a class on BeeKeeping  101 at the Southern Preppers Expo in Oxford, Alabama this Friday, Sept. 5th at 12-1 PM.  It will be held at the Oxford Civic Center.  Any local beekeepers that would like to join me are welcome.  Just send me a message and we will come up with a game plan.

It is going to be a pretty basic course to fit in an hour. We did a couple of these when we hosted the beekeeping convention last year for B.C. I put some slides together in power point to accompany the talk. It allowed us to generate some local interest in bees.

Being able to keep and maintain bees should be valuable to an avid prepper.  My plan is to live off my body fat the first four years.  :)
