Fall has arrived.
« on: October 07, 2014, 06:28:28 am »
Saw my first buck rubs of the season yesterday.  No I didn't miss seeing them before this. I walk my dog twice every day in the woods and vacant field around here. I know the area as well as the nicks and scrapes on my hands and arms.
Been watching a 5 point buck for about 4 months and there is two different spikes I have seen.
the pup and I picked up a little doe as a friend in April who would walk the paths with use. She disappeared for a while in late May but then came back to stand by the trails waiting for us. By late July she was back to walking the trails with us again but not every day like before. She was shedding in this picture.

In July one evening out the living room window. Well I think it was her any way.

Nice pics! Amazing she stood still for you to take the second pic.
