It was a hard one.

Only have some peppers and egg plants growing yet. Forecast for last night was supposed to right at 32F. When the pup and I went out for the 7:00 AM potty break the ice was thick and heavy on the windshield of the truck and Jeep.
I guess I will be picking my veggies and find a meal I can do with then soon.

Ditto.  Frost Monday morning was too hard for the windshield wipers to remove and took about 4 squirts of the blue stuff.  Once on the road, the side windows liquified and cleared up in 1/2 mile.  Right on the ragged edge of a killing frost I suspect.

well my chard has a soft wilt, broccoli a little soft wilt, tomatoes sheltered from the north wind by a pine tree are not wilted. Tomatoes by the chard and broccoli are history. Top of the egg plant wilted and peppers are a goner. Not taking a garden photo, too many weeds

Just started the winter garden down in the basement under T-5 lights. Lettuce now and seed starting in march.
