OK, I guess we should call back the posse.
Just don't let it happen again! ;) :D

Happy new years, now bring on spring already!

What degree of "redoing" are you doing in your daughters room?  Taking it down to the studs?  New floors?  An indoor observation hive?

Well it's relieving to learn that your absence was for happy reasons.  Sometimes we celebrate so much that it overwhelms us and we're glad to get back to the "normal" days of simple, regular activities.  There's a special happinesss in that too---just carrying on as usual, unpressured.   8)

Ef, you are spot on about how fulfilling ordinary activities can be if met with the right mental attitude.  I strive for simplicity and satisfaction in the little things.   That said, we are glad to be back to normal as well.  :)

P.S.  My grandmother, who lived to 104 years, always said she was, "As usual".

An she has talked me into crocheting her a quilt to match. yes i have bit off a  lot at once lol. I suppose thats how i do go hard or go home.

All the red hair in the avitar makes one think mom and daughter.  Like Lee and others, life is good when it's simple.  We now have simple holidays, since it is just the two of us with our sons and grandsons.  Our immediate family in only seven people.  I like to say, we can hold our family reunion in a Suburban.  Glad to have you back, we don't get a lot of input from OK and you bring some hum dingers from time to time.
