With all the recent rain, I decided to check out some waterfalls and they were beautiful. Hope you enjoy them.

Those are really nice!   :eusa_clap:

We have some around here.  If I ever get any time, that's a good idea for me to test out my new camera on them.  There's lots of things in nature to appreciate if we just take the time to look.

Well said Slow! Sometimes when my back is sore when I'm going through a hive, I'll take a moment to straighten up and just have a look around, and if you do, sometimes just recognizing where you are and what you are doing can bring a smile across your face.

THANKS for the fantastic pics Wayne!

Thanks!  I think about a Doobie Brothers song called Ukiah:

Quote
People rushing everywhere.
If they'd only slow down once they might find something there.
Green trees and timberland, people workin with their hands.
For sure a different way to live.
Gonna keep my cabin at hand, retreat and live off the land.
All around Ukiah

Mountain streams that rush on by.
Show the fish are jumpin and reflect the open sky
Fresh clean smell of the pines, symbol of unchangin times
all around this sacred land.
Strangely thought I've found by way, right here I'm gonna stay
In this land Ukiah.

I'm going to get me a sign for the place, maybe one of those big pole signs over the driveway and call my place Ukiah because of that song.  I think it makes a lot of sense and it speaks to me.
