I think the new buzz word for 2014 is going to be "local". Consumers are going to want to know who the farmer is and what farming practices he uses. The world is full of liars and cheats.

you build a premium price into almost anything and people will cheat. sadly if you look at what folks put into their hives you pretty much have to know that a lot of beekeepers are not squeaky clean when it comes to such issues.
