Easy snow removal!
« on: March 25, 2016, 12:57:48 pm »
I've had it all wrong all this time! Why was I straining behind a snow blower, when  I could just push the snow out of the way?
I spotted this piece of high tech equipment just outside of town and thought I could maybe get a good deal on it. Sadly, it's not for sale.
I wonder if he got the plans for it from riverrat? :D

Just one question.  How did we all live so long without that piece of equipment?

We called them Doodlebugs. During the depression lots of farmers converted Automobiles into Doodlebugs. My father collected them for their antique parts. I spent lots of hours salvaging the good and cutting up the rest. Seems like most of the ones I destroyed had Model T truck rear axles and an extra transmission. people are actually collecting them now.

Interesting, it has a VW Bug front axle.   Don't recognize the rest of it
