There are drones in the photo. They get pushed out of where any work is being done by the worker bees. So you find them hanging out on capped brood.

Those frames look perfect to me as well Mikey, absolutely nothing wrong there. The few drones that might be around are of no concern.
I have hives that the outside frames are almost totally covered with drones, the bees want them I guess. As long as they are not in the way of the work being done, so be it.
