I found the glass bowl at a second hand store and the pebbles are from my travels!

This is my bees favorite watering hole.  I added the little concrete duck figure and that has really helped prevent drowning. If this accidentally runs dry they will go to the bird bath and a fountain I made.

You know what Baker? I have been known to make silent midnight raids for lovely yard ornaments like this. But of course my collection of lovelies come from nearly abandoned yards, or a sorely neglected yard. If I came across this lovely bath on one of my walks you might just find it missing  ;) 8)

Get the BB gun out B12! If you see ANYONE in jamies near your yard after dark, SHOOT TO WELT!

That's OK, Jen.  I have been seen running around in a nightgown, but not after swarms!

Rock salt in a shotgun shell works better. It might not stop them, but it will sure SPEED THEM UP.

I have a wash tub filled with round river rocks and the bees seem to like it a lot, have been having to put in a pot of water in every day even with heat and hum. the water goes down.

I've decided I am going to put 90,000 plastic water bottle caps out ............ that way everyone will have there own and I can monitor which bees are drinking more than the others.

I think if I buy a quality squirt gun I can fill them up each day with it while I float in the pool and drink beer!

LOL J, Good luck with that!!!!

I have been hit with Rock salt in my earlier days...  I can tell you, speed them up is an understatement! Getting lit up by a few dozen bees has NOTHING on rock salt!
