mikey, any foundation that the bees draw themselves from starter strips one will find that the cells are a little larger.....about the same size as drone cellls.
doesn't mean the queens will lay drones in the cells.  beautiful drawn comb and great photo!

(for comb honey, i use foundationless frames and no starter strips.  the bees draw out the comb and the cells are always larger).  pretty stuff!

Bee want up to 25% drones.  Beekeepers give them 0% comb to raise drones with foundation.   First opportunity they get to draw comb to their spec they will try to make up for the lack of drone comb.   After a frame or two,  they will draw worker sized cells.
