Plants and Beekeeping by F.N. Howe is available here https://archive.org/stream/plantsandbeekeep031830mbp#page/n3/mode/2up
and free to all.  Howe was a British a botanist at the Royal Botanical Gardens.  The plant material discussed and pictured are found in England, but many plants can be found here in North America as well.  He covers wild and cultivated species.

Downloaded a PDF of the book and added it to my library.
I tell ya, days like this I miss my career working in the print-biz. Making hard-copy's of all these 'free' books online was a breeze! I shudder to think what it would cost if I had to PAY for prints, LOL!  :laugh:
