Jackie Lynn (Brooks) Ross
« on: October 02, 2018, 01:19:17 pm »
I wanted to let my Beekeeping friends know that my daughter Jackie went home to be with the Lord Saturday (9/29/18) night in her sleep. She had ALS and suffered more than anyone i have every seen . She was on life support for 3 months and fought to see her first grand baby that is due in the next two weeks, it was not to be. I never ever thought i would say, She is Better off??? But,for the last 3 months she could not move any part of her body, except blink her eyes. We got her a gadget that had a tv screen on it that had the alphabet on it that when she looked at a letter on it she could spell out words and it would say what it spelled out. Hopefully none of you will ever have use of one but, they have them. Thanks for all the prayers and well wishes, she was 52 yrs. old and just had their 31 wedding anniversary , 3 children Greg 27, Hailia,22, and Mason 11.My wife and i are coping with it But, There is nothing RIGHT about parents out living their children! Jack

Jack, I am so deeply saddened to hear about your daughter, Jackie.  I will be thinking about you, your wife, her husband, and children. That is pain no one ever want to endure.  No, it is not right when a child goes first.
Thank you for sharing this with us.

Thanks to all of you for your prayers and well wishes. I know several people who have lost a child, they say you never get over it but, you learn to cope with it? Jack

There are no words to say what I feel. I wish I could say something that would make all the hurt go away...  Thinking of you and yours Jack.
