Packaged bees pricing 2021
« on: October 17, 2020, 11:02:41 am »
I just saw the first package bees pricing for spring 2021.  $149 per package.  10% off if you buy 2 packages.  Has anyone else see any pricing yet?

Splits sound real good.

I see where another supplier, which operates out of Arizona and Missouri, is charging $135.  Last year they sent out an email last year charging $135, but to returning customers the price was $110.  The discount was given a little closer to spring, so perhaps they hadn't sold as many packages as they had hoped to. This supplier also has various routes and they stop at designated locations where you can pick up your packages.

Jen: Those are reasonable prices.

Sounds like $215 a package here in Alaska. Some higher even. +$60 shipping.
Fingers crossed one hive makes it.

Honey Hive Farms has been $135 for years offered a discount if you were a past customer in 2021.  We deliver around 3000 plus bee packages and queens in eight states and delver for free on our routes.  Hoping to be around $140 to maybe $145 if fuel keeps climbing.
This is our 12 th year delivering bee packages and queens and have a lot of amazing customers.
NOTE: We start selling maybe a little closer to November and deliver in April and May.
NOTE: Honey Hive Farms usually has a waiting list of around 250 people by March.
Hope we can help some of you out.

Honey Hive Farms,  I am a repeat customer.  You are a fair business person.  One year, some how I fell through the cracks.  Probably because I didn't read the email notifications correctly and you refunded me my payment. I appreciated it and have ordered since then.
