Free Guide for Beekeepers
« on: April 17, 2019, 05:59:58 am »
The Honey Bee Health Coalition has an 80 page guide available for free download at honeybeehealthcoalition.org/hivehealthbmps.
The Coalition worked with Dr. Dewey Caron to develop a guide that includes valuable information about Best Management Practices and Tools for Varroa Management Guide.
This publication has the latest information available for managing honey bee colonies and controlling varroa mites.  Our local bee club has even used this publication to help teach beginning beekeepers at our beginners class.
Did I mention it was free?

Or maybe this is a totally new publication? It seems to be more comprehensive than I remember.

after reading it through, I see that it is totally new. It looks like a great resource. I’d want to send a link to the publication to anyone who is interested in starting to keep bees.
