Two weeks ago the top brood boxes to most of my colonies were so heavy they were impossible to lift. Lots of food stored. Today's inspection found lots of bees, lots and lots of brood, eggs, larvae and very little food stores. I saw a few drones as well. I shuffled some frames of brood to the bottom brood boxes leaving empty comb above. At least as many frames of brood that could. When it was necessary, I tried to put the oldest brood frames on the second box. The feeders go on tomorrow. I plan to feed their honey back to them. I put the entrance reducers on as I started a bit of a robbing frenzy with all the exposed comb.

I was going to bust down a colony with 3 deeps and couldn't do it. Too much brood!
Somebody forgot to tell the queens it's time to slow down.
