Never even heard of it. Is it just a fancy name for sugar water and pollen patties?

Never used it myself, just happen to remember the name, seems like Kelley's sold it.
More than likely snake oil, just saying!

..........
i am kind of with g3 on this marty......also 'just saying'.......
nuc hives will do quite well on their own with a good queen and without any 'steroids' in them......

I'm with riverbee here. If I start a nuc with a new home grown queen and 4 or 5 frames of bees I have to keep a big rock on top or they'll blow it off.
Just kidding on that last part but they don't need anything beyond food be that nectar or sugar.
