Kelly & Michael: Morgan Freeman Beekeeping
Freeman lives in Mississippi. He said it’s an easy life. He lives in a very small town with maybe 2,600 people, “if you count all of the three-legged dogs.” Kelly asked what he does there. Two weeks ago, he just received 26 hives of bees. He’s beekeeping. He doesn’t have the hat though.
He hasn’t been stung yet because he’s not trying to harvest honey yet, he’s just feeding them and he thinks they understand. Kelly is obsessed with beehives. There’s a big effort to bring more bees back, because if the bees go then we go. They’re the foundation of the growth of the planet. He has plants that the bees would like.
