so being new to this i have an idea of where to set my hive it will go in the far n e corner of my property along the fence and tree line. we all have two to five acre land plotts in the area. This shouldent be a problem with neighbors?

If fence line, pull off fence enough to face the entrance south to east with 10 feet or more in front of the hive before fence. If tree line, keep in mind, the more shade, the more SHB. If they are bad in your area, full, all day sun is needed. Don't face hive entrance toward walkway.

the area is thin with trees and get a steady amount of sun what is shb?

I prefer full sun and all my hives point southeast.  We all have 5 acre plots out here and the bees have not been a problem at all.  My neighbors never complained about them in the yard or in their pool.  I found 1 to 3 in my pool from time to time.  It helps to leave them a water source of some type near their hives to avoid any such problems.  And finally, you will see more bees in your yard if you have dandelions and clover.  My daughters and family know to wear full shoes on my property during the summer.
