Honey is a lot Lighter this year! Supers on right now are getting filled with Buckwheat Honey...I mowed all the clover the day before I harvested and the Buckwheat is on full bloom and full of bees!

Hey Don! I haven't tasted Buckwheat honey yet, when you harvest would you be interested in selling some to me?  ;D

Love the clover label!!  Where do you get your labels done?

looks gorgeous Don, clover honey should have no problem selling it. it is light looks like it is close to Pure honey. With planting buckwheat it is a good thing to get the clover off and extracted before the bees got to working it.

That is the lightest hue of honey I've ever seen!  Sounds like you know what you are doing.....Keep it up  :)
