Ok so have 2 predominant honeys
« on: August 17, 2014, 08:30:34 pm »
Can't place either. First capped is almost water white very mild flavored. Other is Caramel colored and bit stronger flavored almost minty as described in a previous post. Need someone acquainted with Florida honeys.

This is just from the bottom bar of a medium frame in a deep Brood chamber.

Honey with a mint essence sounds soo good. Note to self, plant more bee balm! which is also bergamot with is also Earl Grey tea. And the bee balm blooms are exquisite and easy to grow.
