mass envenomation event, the amount of toxins from the venom delivered which results typically in renal or cardiac failure.  very, very unfortunate.

i am curious if they were able to determine if these were his honey bees?  or if AHB, or other stinging insect?

"mass envenomation event"

Very sad news. Our prayers go out to his family. Thanks for posting and letting the beekeeping community know.
