ole rat and the first day of school
« on: September 18, 2014, 10:31:46 pm »
Back in the day ole little rat was attending his first day of first grade. As most kids do at that age I had a habit of repeating some of the things my parents talked about around the house.  Upon entering the classroom I gave the teacher an envelope and note from  mom. The teacher opened it and inside it read , "The opinions expressed by this child are not necessarily those of his parents." Well Played mom!!! Well Played! ;D O:-)

Most of the messages in an envelopes went from the teacher to my mom to be signed by her and returned :o. i found out if i got some girl to sign it so i could return it to the teacher, it would save some hide on my Butt. ;D Jack

LOL Jack!!!
That WORKS!!!   My Friend at the time.. WIFE, Later, and X WIFE now used to sign all the stuff for me, and write excuses for me missing school...
The good part about that is getting caught they had NO IDEA how many other notes had been counterfeited so you got in hot water about ONE, and hoped that meant the statute of limitations ran out on the others...

messages went both ways, i tried that a time or two, and even did it for my brothers,  teachers get wise  and so do mothers........and they both just make up for lost time.......... :D
