This mornings endeavor

Spent the morning building and then filling these.



The only thing left is to get tar paper.
I think I'm almost ready!

i discovered this past week i lent out my feeding shims to another beekeeper.......hmmm, guess what i will be doing at the last minute this week. :P

Zweef said he was going to put it off for awhile, but he procrastinated at putting it off so long that he had it done before he got around to procrastinating.   :yes:   :laugh:

   I started making sugar cakes..  I have 5 made so far..  Only 35 left to go!!  I think some hives will get loose sugar again this year LOL

We've started to make our candy bricks already also.
Seems I can make 10 each weekend while watching football.
At that rate I'll be done by x-mas!

Just knew I had a short window.  I've been doing field inspections six days a week (gotta love harvest time) and had a farmer cancel on me, so jumped at the opportunity. Otherwise it will be November before I have time again.

P.S. It helps I only have two hives to worry about.  This would not have happened with more :-)
