The jig I built works great, but I don't cut my hand holds until after the boxes are put together, it gives me more to hang on to when cutting them. There is a lot of force at work when those cutters are doing their job. ;D

Yeah those do look NICE..
I have been considering making my rabits with 45 degree corners so there is NO end grain showing..  havent decided on the best way to try it yet..    Ted is coming over to tinker today, I'll get a picture of whatever projects we get completed.. I blew my back out throwing wood yesterday so I wont be a ball of fire, but we will get some stuff done while its raining...

I think that is much safer way to do it. But I want to be able to store boards ready to sell or throw together. Just stack
on shelf. I may rethink that though.

I would like to be able to sell them without having to put them together.

We need some kind of jig we can put the board in and slide it over the blade then remove. If that makes since. Like a try of some sort with handles
above the board. Just thinking out loud here.

Bah, didnt get pictures.. Ted was loading stuff as fast as the paint started to get tacky.. that, and the wife decided to run off with the little CARD out of the camera...   Gonna start another thread this evening so everyone can show off their winter projects.

Marbees,

Thanks and that is close, but i have to set the board down on top of the blade to make the had hold.

I lower the board down on the blade and go back and forth about 3/4 of an inch both directions then lift board up off blade.
