just one comment:
"Bees do not see red"
this is why we can use a red filtered headlamp after dusk to move bees.....
OR whatever foolish thing we are doing before/after dusk or at night with the bees....... :D

Dr Karl Von frisch did a lot of research and publications on colors bees see.  He is also the one who discovered the bee dance
