Once the candle is out of the mold, I dip a tip of the wick in the hot wax. Make sure there is no contact between a candle and hot wax. (discolouration)

Called Mann Lake this morning.  There IS a slit in the bear mold.  I had to squeeze it to find the slit.  Now ready to make candles when my GF comes over!

Yup, those slits are all but invisible. I had to flex mine to even find them.

She loves to help!  She even goes out to the bee yard and suit up!

that's very cool crazy!!!
mine didn't really suit up unless i needed his help. when i developed the allergy to the bees, turns out, it was a turning point, and now he's very 'addicted' to them and gets in there every chance and truly enjoys it and wants to know more about the bees!

sounds like she will too?
