 Very interest to know mushrooms plays the part it dose not only in the bee world but the rest of it .

Stamets has long been a favorite speaker and author of mine.   Mycology is just as interesting as beekeeping.

Look up his research in bioremediation of industrial contamination (even radioactivity)!

Fascinating.....all those mushroom that grow in our yard are now verboten to the lawnmower.

This was a great watch.  It's too bad that the majority of people that SHOULD see this (and similarly informative information) never will.

Don't worry about mowing them over.  The spores survive the process so a mower helps spread mushrooms.

We've been mowing this one freaky mushroom for three years....it never spreads but it comes up every year.   The spot where it comes up is where an old stump used to be till we had it removed.
