Attention woodworkers, need some help finding hardware
« on: June 22, 2015, 04:00:48 pm »
Anyone know where I can buy these?   Or what the proper name might be?   Very simple fastener that holds small doors shut.  They look like they are mass produced,  and although I'm sure I can make them,  I'm looking for like 100 of them so looking to purchase.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Interesting.  Does it thread into something besides bare wood? I would think it would become too loose after repeated use. Can't help you on where to find them.

Looks like a modified ladder hook or square bend hook... Should be able to get at any big box store...
EDIT : my buddy says it is an angled drive hook... Try searching that up - I still don't think that's it though....
