When window opens at postimage.cc and i tap on choose file. i don't get my keyboard or gallery, using android phone

I opened to my web browser and went to this forum. In this thread I clicked on reply the above this dialog box I clicked on the link "Add image to post" and "postimage.cc" box opened up, then click on browse and my gallery folder opened so I could select a photo. Select a photo then click family safe then click on upload it, now you need to go back to the thread and the link will be in your post then click on post at the bottom.

So i have to create a profile with postimage.cc,then upload images to postimage.cc, to be able to browse ? ?

No, the gallery folder on your phone should open when you hit browse.
