These BEE never ceases to amaze me.
We have a birdbath close to the house that our girls come down to drink from on regular basis. Over the past few weeks when I have been out and about I have rescued the odd bee that made a bad landing and was in the water. I could never figure out though why there were no dead bees in the water. To-night as I was walking in the yard I could see the water rippling and headed over to make my rescue. But to my amazement when I got to the birdbath, two of the other bees basically jumped in and pulled the other one out. Amazing, I guess this explains no dead bees in the water. Who new search & rescue bees...........
If I hadn't seen it with my own eyes I would never of believed it.
