DOH!-sorry-typo. stir constantly until it boils & stop stirring & let it come to 240*. then let it cool down to 180*-200* before pouring it into molds or candy boards. I'm not sure what letting it cool down does, if anything but the 3 similar recipes I've seen all say let it cool. i'll edit & correct the thread.
