Great song Lazy, a real heel kicker. My mother's maiden name was McEuen, and she had the red hair and green eyes to prove it

One of my favorites Preformed by Gianni and Sarah, of the Canadian group (Walk off the Earth) The Fairytale of New York
I prefer their singing to the original.

We have a local band Cod Gone Wild The lead singer is a displaced Newfoundlander and they cover a lot of the traditional Celtic music And has written some of their own.

Thanks a lot Lazy, that song woke up my grandpa Haynes blood in me and i broke out the bottle of Jack Daniel's Tennessee Honey. It was a cloudy rainy day and after playing the song 4 or 5 times with grandpa's shot glass in hand, it turned out to be a beautiful day.

This song is as far as I've gotten to learning my Irish heritage, it played for years in the small alpine town I grew up in, so we heard it
on every radio available, our car, our house, the stores down town.

Jen:
plug the below info into your URL. It's Sir James Galway, an Irish man, playing the flute like no one can.
