After what seems like forever, the trailer was delivered today.
The adjustments made to the driveway were perfect, with enough slope removed that the trailer didn't fetch up. He got it within 1 foot of where I wanted it the first time, and it was his first time hauling a office trailer, he usually hauls equipment.
Next step is blocking and anchoring, water and sewer hook up and then the final inspection.

Wow that's great. Looks like you can back your truck up to a door and walk from the inside to the bed of your truck with all those heavy suppers with a dolly saving your back. Dang

Annnnd dont forget skirting and insulation... LOTS of insulation, and then add a little more insulation after you have put in some insulation!!!
I'm excited, and its not even MY honey house.. cant wait to see how you set it up!!!
Hey, I know you live in the great white north, so make sure to insulate the skirting!!!

It does look good, and you are making progress is spite of all the regulators. The people on here that are your age and younger will one these days be saying, "I knew Perry before he was rich."
