Glad you all like the color.  I'll probably stick with it for a while.

Let's hear it for the beekeepers.  One of the most difficult items to recycle or dispose of is paint.  It is hard on the environment.  Now, comes the beekeepers to the rescue.  We will use your paint on our boxes.  :):)

i have used oops paint, done some mixtures and some not so pretty........i have ppl ask me what the different colors on the boxes mean....... :D :D :D

anyway, very true about paint and just about anything........given the opportunity us beekeepers could probably recycle and re-purpose anything (not just paint) or figure it out........... :D :D :D

At my local Lowe's store, the paint clerk added tint to move the color toward one that was more acceptable.  It helped a little.  But it was the second gallon that brought out the green.  So, when you buy Oops paint, be sure to ask about adjusting the tint to something more pleasing to your eye.  A color wheel might be real helpful in that situation, all I found was  gap in my education and really didn't know which color to mix for an improvement.  :)

My daughter woks in the paint department at Home Depot. Their policy is to re-tint any paint that the customer returns because it is the wrong color. To many would buy $50.00 a gallon paint bring it back saying it was the wrong shade then buy it off the mismatched rack at $10,00 a gallon. Due to this policy and adding more tint, there are not to many light shades in the mismatched rack. If the color matcher screws up and the color is wrong and discovered in the store and a new can is mixed then they don't re-tint it.
