My brother-in-law has a 63, but it was hacked pretty bad before he got it. It has a 67 hood and front fenders, non original motor, and in 64 they came out with a kit to remove the split window, and sure enough, it's gone.

I am not an "original" kind of guy I guess..  i LOVE to look at original restored cars, but they are not what I would own given the choice...
hand me a 427 Yenko Camarro, and I would NOT cut it up,,, instead I would sell it and buy a less rare car, and use the money to put the TUBS, 4 link, and Supercharged Big block in it...  Kind of like the one I built for my late cousin....

Really glad we got that truck done before cancer got him. He had several years to enjoy it.

I'm not an Original kind of guy either. That looks like you spent a good bit of time on the truck. I go to a lot of the Cruise-in events. Very good family fun around here with those. They have bands and venders in the old city streets. Brings some attention to the shops. Talk with all walks of folks. ;D
