Our introduction meeting was last Sat. and our club president said 118 showed up to sign up for classes .We are paying the College $40.00 for our monthly  club meetings now, looks like we are going to pay for a bigger room, we already have over 200 members now. Jack

It's a good thing to see the interest in beekeeping, but we are a  non profit club. We are charging $50.00 for the class (singles or family), they get a $15.00 membership and a $11.00 beginning beekeepers book,and a membership to the State beekeeping club (cost $20.00? i think) the rest goes to the club,But we have to rent the big room for classes and the cost is $400.00 per day. Out of the 118 people who came to the introduction 50+? have signed up. Jack
