Nope but it is a mess out there.  My wife and I tended our bees in January right after the first full week of storms and the rain kept us away from the bees for a week (we visited several of our old friends [we lived in CA for 15 years] and many wineries!) but we did get in and get our work done.  We vaporized all the hives with OA, gave each hive 2 lbs of sub and a feeder full of syrup.  The fellow on the CA end takes care of getting the bees from the holding yard into the almonds so we don't even have to take a forklift.  I took a video with my phone of water coming over an emergency spillway from a small reservoir that was mostly dry a week before our visit.  Wish I could figure out how to load it here but I'm much better with a hive tool than a computer
